Training is held in Portmarnock Leisure center’s 25m pool for swimming.

Session times: Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the pool for 6:10 am.

The coach will help you with technique and build distance.

We ask that you can swim 200m of continuous front crawl without stopping before attending these sessions.

During the summer in preparation for race season we run open water clinics in sea at Low Rock. These session are used to get members ready for races and to work on spotting and drafting.
